If you have been waiting on the dungeon crawler to arrive on PS4, your wait was worth it as it will come with extra content. From my experience, this is not a game you win, but one you survive.
You will need to be strategic, and give no quarter to your enemies, and keep an eye on that stress bar. But it's all about planning ahead if possible.
If you have never played it, know that the people you control in your party will die quite often, I promise. The challenging, and rather stressful at times, turn-based dungeon crawler has been out on PC for quite some time and it is finally heading to PS4 and Vita. Darkest Dungeon can literally make you want to smash stuff on occasion.
